Eligible services under warranty policy

Our warranty policy is designed to ensure the highest quality of service and protect customers’ rights when receiving services at Nhan Tam Dental Clinic.

Warranty conditions

Customers are eligible for warranty coverage when all of the following criteria are met:

1. Valid Service Usage:
- - The services or dental products must be directly provided by Nhan Tam Dental Clinic.
- - The warranty request must be submitted within the applicable warranty period for the relevant service.
- - Warranty services are available exclusively at Nhan Tam Dental Clinic.
2. Valid Warranty Verification:
- - Provide a valid E-Warranty Number or physical warranty card.
- - The warranty number must match the records and treatment history in our clinic's system.
3. Compliance with Care Instructions:
- - Maintain proper home oral hygiene and follow all post-service care instructions provided by the dentist.
4. Regular Follow-up Visits:
- - Attend scheduled follow-up appointments, dental X-rays (if necessary), and professional dental cleanings at least once every 6 months.

Scope of coverage

This warranty policy applies consistently across all Nhan Tam Dental Clinic locations, allowing customers to receive follow-up care or warranty services at any branch.

Warranty exclusions:

Customers are not eligible for warranty coverage in the following cases:

1. Non-compliance with Instructions:
- * Missed follow-up appointments, improper oral hygiene, frequent smoking, failure to take prescribed medication, or failure to follow the dentist's instructions.
2. New Medical or Health Conditions:
- * Teeth or gums affected by newly developed medical conditions, including diabetes, radiation therapy, or other systemic health conditions.
3. External Trauma:
- * Fractures, dislodgement, or damage caused by accidents, physical impacts, sports injuries, or similar incidents.
4. Natural Aging:
- * Natural physiological changes due to aging or the gradual degradation of teeth and gum tissues over time.
5. External Dental Interventions
- * Dental treatments previously performed at another clinic.
- * Any dental changes or interventions performed by a dentist outside Nhan Tam Dental Clinic before returning for further care.
6. Change in Treatment Request or Acceptance of Risk:
- * Requesting a treatment outcome different from the original treatment plan.
- * Requesting treatment despite being informed by the dentist of the risks of chipping, fracture, or reduced durability.
