3. Single Implant warranty period

Detail:

Korean Implant

• Free warranty within the first 3 years
• From 4th to 5th year: 50% warranty
• After the warranty period: Charged like a normal new case

In cases where a deep clean flap is needed, the fee will be charged as usual, even during the warranty period

French Implant

• Free warranty within the first 5 years
• From 6th to 8th year: 70% warranty
• From 9th to 10th year: 50% warranty
• After the warranty period: Charged like a normal new case

In cases where a deep clean flap is needed, the fee will be charged as usual, even during the warranty period

American Implant

• Free warranty within the first 8 years
• From 9th to 12th year: 70% warranty
• From 13th to 15th year: 50% warranty
• After the warranty period: Charged like a normal new case

Tiultra implant

• Free warranty within the first 9 years
• From 10th to 13th year: 70% warranty
• From 14th to 17th year: 50% warranty
• After the warranty period: Charged like a normal new case

Titanium abutment + titanium porcelain on Implant

• Customers will have it rebuilt or repaired completely free of charge under warranty conditions for the first 2 years
• In the 3rd year, if there is an incident where the porcelain teeth are cracked, broken, etc., you will receive a 20% discount.
• In The 4th year will receive a 10% discount
• After the warranty period: Charged like a normal new case

Abutment + Zirconia Dmax, Zirconia Cercon porcelain on Implant

• Customers will have it rebuilt or repaired completely free of charge under warranty conditions for the first 3 years
• In the 4th year, if there is an incident where the porcelain teeth are cracked, broken, etc., there will be a 20% discount.
• From 5th to 6th year will receive a 10% discount.
• After the warranty period: Charged like a normal new case

Abutment + Cercon HT/Emax porcelain on Implant

• Customers will have it rebuilt or repaired completely free of charge under warranty conditions for the first 5 years
• From 6th to 8th year, if there is an incident where the porcelain teeth are cracked, broken, etc., there will be a 20% discount.
• From 9th to 10th year will receive a 10% discount
• After the warranty period: Charged like a normal new case

Abutment + Lava porcelain on Implant

• Customers will have it rebuilt or repaired completely free of charge under warranty conditions for the first 6 years
• From 7th to 9th year, if there is an incident where the porcelain teeth are cracked, broken, etc., there will be a 20% discount.
• From 10th to 12th year there will be a 10% discount.
• After the warranty period: Charged like a normal new case

Porcelain Titanium Implant in case of implant placement elsewhere

• Customers will have it rebuilt or repaired completely free of charge under 2 years warranty conditions
• After the warranty period: Charged like a normal new case

Porcelain Cercon Implant in case of implant placement elsewhere

• Customers will have it rebuilt or repaired completely free of charge under 3 years warranty conditions
• After the warranty period: Charged like a normal new case

Lava, Cercon HT, Emax, Lisi Porcelain in case of implant placement elsewhere

• Customers will have 50% redone or repaired according to the porcelain crown policy
• Cercon HT, Emax porcelain: 5 years warranty
• Lava porcelain: 6 years warranty
• Lisi porcelain: 6 năm warranty
• After the warranty period: Charged like a normal new case

4. General Terms

• The success rate of implant placement is very high, from 97% to 100%. However, there is a low rate of 3% that the implant will not integrate with the jaw bone due to many different factors. In this case, dentist will place a different implant (for free) at the same area. If the patient wants a refund (i.e do not want to continue treatment), the patient will lose 50% of the implant fee.
• Incase of fail implant and need to place again, the clinic will place the implant of the same type for free, if patient wants to change to a different type of implant, patient will pay a variance in the cost of these 2 implant types.
• If patient’s crown is cracked or broken within the warranty duration, Nhan Tam Dental Clinic will replace another crown with same material for free.
• If patient’s crown is cracked or broken beyond the warranty duration, a new crown will be charged following to the price list of Nhan Tam Dental Clinic at that time. However, patient will have a certain percentage of discount depending on the level of crown damage.

5. Warranty policy

Buy an additional warranty package

Customers can purchase additional separate warranty packages for each different type of service

Warranty package and dental care package: Customers need to purchase before starting treatment or immediately after completing treatment

Warranty package (crown & abutment) is valid for 1 year (Can be used 2 times)

• Scrape tartar
• Take x-ray film
• Treatment warranty

- 5-years package: Pay 20% of the total fee for the Implant (including fixture, abutment, porcelain crown, temporary teeth, bone graft, membrane graft,... based on the total fee before discount)

- 10-years package: Pay 60% of total fee

- Lifetime Package: Pay 80% of total fee

Care package: 1,400,000 VND - Calculated for patient 600,000 VND

• Scrape tartar
• Take x-ray film

Warranty is applied when:

• Customers have regular oral cleaning every 4 to 6 months
• Customers have follow-up examinations as scheduled by doctor’s appointment
• Use a soft-bristled toothbrush and take care of your oral hygiene as directed by your doctor.
• Does not smoke or smoke less than 5 cigarettes a day
• Stable bite (occlusion)
• Using night-guard if suffered from bruxism
• Notify your doctor immediately if you have signs of pain, swelling or bleeding.
• For foreign customers: the warranty conditions are similar, but when the customer cannot return: the customer will have a follow-up examination in their country + send film to the dentist via email or viber + receive instructions on how to clean next.

Customers coming for follow-up examinations according to the Doctor's appointment is one of the necessary conditions to receive the Implant warranty

Warranty is not applied when:

• Patient do not attend at Nhan Tam Dental Clinic.
• Customer did not re-examine and follow the doctor's instructions properly. For each year, the Customer does not have a follow-up examination, the insurance period will be reduced by 1 year accordingly.
• Customers eat hard foods and chew vigorously.
• Customers have poor oral hygiene before and after treatment.
• Customers smoke a lot.
• Customers have emerging periodontal problems.
• Customers with unfavorable systemic diseases that affect oral health: endocrine diseases, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, etc.
• Allergy and medical conditions are not clearly detected before dental procedures are performed.
• Damage due to excessive stress (bruxism, teeth clenching, etc.)
• Do not use tooth protectors for customers with bruxism problems.
• Customers have accidents, damaged teeth, and need to be restored.
• If teeth have any problems, patient needs to inform the clinic immediately to proceed with the repair. Nhan Tam Dental Clinic does not responsible for or take payment for cases that patients do not return to Nhan Tam Dental Clinic but repair the teeth at another clinic.
• For porcelain crown, if the customer wants to change the color or shape of the teeth after reaching agreement and agreeing to permanent attachment, it will not be warranted.
• There is no Implant warranty for customers who have the Implant procedure performed elsewhere, or come to Nhan Tam Dental Clinic for porcelain restorations, only warranty issues related to porcelain crowns.

Customers should avoid chewing foods that are too hard after implant placement

For patients with poor oral hygiene (periodontitis, heavy smoking)?

• Reducing the warranty period, leaving 50% for surgery, while porcelain teeth are the same due to the lower success rate.
• Customers need to purchase an additional warranty package if they want to increase the warranty period.

For patients with underlying diseases that affect treatment results such as diabetes, osteoporosis, autoimmune disease (Lupus erythematosus), organ transplant (using immunosuppressive drugs)...?

• Reducing the warranty period, leaving 50% for surgery, while porcelain teeth are the same due to the lower success rate.
• Customers need to purchase an additional warranty package if they want to increase the warranty period.
